General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: The natural person not acting in a professional capacity who enters into a distance contract with the seller.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Seller: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.
Distance contract: A contract concluded within an organised system for distance selling, without the simultaneous physical presence of the seller and consumer.
Article 2 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care.
Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer. If any provision is null or void, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Article 4 – The offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services. Images are a faithful representation of the products offered. The seller cannot guarantee that displayed colours exactly match the actual colours of the products. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on the seller.
Article 5 – The contract
The contract is formed upon the consumer's acceptance of the offer and fulfilment of the associated conditions. If accepted electronically, the seller will confirm receipt without delay.
Article 6 – Exercising the right of withdrawal
The consumer has 30 days from the day after receipt of the product to withdraw. The consumer must notify the seller in writing or by email within this period, and return the product within 30 days of notification.
Article 7 – Costs of withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Any refund will be made within 30 days of withdrawal, provided the product has been received back or proof of return has been provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made to the consumer's specifications, products of a personal nature, products that cannot be returned by nature, perishable products, or hygiene products whose seal has been broken by the consumer.
Article 9 – Price
Prices will not be increased during the validity period stated in the offer, except for changes resulting from VAT rate adjustments. The seller is not obliged to deliver a product at an incorrect price in the event of a typographical error.
Article 10 – Conformity and warranty
The seller warrants that products conform to the contract and meet reasonable standards of quality. Any defects must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery.
Article 11 – Delivery and fulfilment
Accepted orders will be fulfilled within 30 days at the latest. In case of delay, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the contract free of charge. Risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Contract duration and termination
Open-ended contracts may be terminated at any time with a maximum notice period of one month. Fixed-term contracts may only be tacitly renewed if the consumer retains the right to cancel at any time with a maximum one-month notice period.
Article 13 – Payment
Amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within seven working days of the start of the cooling-off period. The consumer must promptly report any inaccuracies in payment details provided.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within seven days of discovering the defect, fully and clearly described. Complaints will be handled within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint is found to be valid, the seller will replace or repair the products free of charge.

Article 15 – Disputes
Contracts between the seller and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by French law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
